About Elevate Women’s Health Centre
I opened Elevate Women’s Health Centre at the Port Perry location in 2018 after moving to the Durham Region from Aurora. Our vision was to create a holistic health centre that offers a variety of services, with chiropractic at the foundation.
I’ve always believed that being a wife and mother of 3 as well as a chiropractor has made me better at understanding the complexity of women’s health. The day-to-day stresses of our lives has a huge impact on our physical and emotional health. I have learned so much about women’s needs from the challenges that have come up in my own life.
My mission is to help women and children lead happy, healthy lives.
Our Areas of Focus
We are the only health facility that focuses on holistic female, pediatric and pregnancy care in the entire region.
Along with chiropractic care, we offer genetic (in this case NutriGenomic) testing as well as DUTCH testing for hormones. My decision to offer genetic and hormone testing evolved as I’ve seen more and more women and children suffering from anxiety and depression. Diagnoses such as ADD/ADHD and processing disorders are so common in children now. And the lack of balance in women’s hormones continues to mystify conventional medicine.
Our goal is to provide you with as much access to information about your health as you’d like. Then you can make the best decision possible about which path will help you feel your best.
Gentle, Impactful Care
Chasing symptoms is like playing “whack-a-mole” with your health. At Elevate Women’s Health Centre, we look for the core problem in your health…what’s at the root of the symptoms you’re having. When you fix the core problem, many of the collateral symptoms heal themselves.
Getting you out of pain is always our first objective. You need to be able to function in your day-to-day life! But helping you create health over the long term is our most important goal.
I want every woman and child to have more and more health as they grow older, not see it being taken away from them. I want every child to grow into an adult with infinite possibilities. I want every woman to be able to dance with her great grandchildren at their weddings, not be rolled in with a wheelchair.

Our motto is “don’t guess…test”. One of the things we are best known for in our region is our unparalleled 13-point Neurostructural Examination. We use chiropractic testing as well as functional, structural and neurological testing to determine if a core problem exists in your spine and nervous system. It’s like finding as many pieces of the puzzle that creates your health challenge, and then putting the pieces of the puzzle together for you into a clear picture.
