There is ample street and municipal parking, making it easy for you and your family to access our office. You can have a seat on our comfortable couch and have a chat with Dr. Dingman to make sure we’re the right place for you.

Getting Started
You are welcome to call the office or book your visit online. Once your visit is scheduled, you’ll receive a link to complete our New Patient Application online. Because we know that the health you have today is the result of the habits and experiences over the course of your whole life, your health history will ask questions that go as far back as your own birth.
When you arrive at Elevate Women’s Health Centre, you will have a consultation with Dr. Dingman. She will discuss your concerns and health goals with you and determine if an examination is warranted. If an examination is recommended, and you would like to proceed, an extensive NeuroStructural examination will be performed. All data will be collected and analyzed before you return. The first visit takes about 45 minutes in total.
Your Review of Results
Once this information is analyzed, Dr. Dingman will review your results with you and present a customized care plan. All treatment recommendations and costs are clearly explained before you consent to any care. If you are ready to get started with your care, you will receive your first adjustment and any spine specific exercises prescribed.
