Life Changed for the Better
Thank you, Dr. Shawna for ever so gently encouraging me to start the “28 Days Better” process. By Day 3, my life was changed for the Better! I could breathe better, sleep better, move better, groove better…everything was better, and it didn’t stop after 28 days. I am committed to a new way of life and after dropping several pounds, I’m lighter and living brighter for many days, months and years to come. This plan was not a temporary fix. Shawna was very friendly and worked well with our 5 and 2 year old. We were recommended to her as our 2 year old was not sleeping through the night, had a bad digestive system and complained often of ‘owie feet’. Within a week of starting adjustments he started sleeping through the night and by the end of his 8 week plan he had 0 complaints, a healthy digestive system and overall was a much happier boy!
